Want your idol to notice you in the crowd? Well, sorry. I can't help you. Chances are, that won't happen. I can, however, give you tips to have a great time at the concert with what you wear!
1) Sneakers
You can have killer looks with high heels, but they can kill you in a concert. Don't do that to yourself. Not only will you break an ankle, people behind you will glare at your back the entire concert and you'll be cursed. Joking. Any type of sneakers are fine. I recommend air or cushiony ones like the above. Even after the concert, you'll feel like you can run around the block.
2) Insoles
If you're worried about being too short, don't worry. Insoles are your best friend. It's a secret heel you can unnoticeably place in your sneakers to give you a better view. I have ones exactly like above and I wear them on a daily basis because they're comfortable and make my leg look longer. It's a secret though. Ssh. It only costed me $1 for a pair.
3) Outfit
These are some outfits I put together (thanks to Polyvore) that I think would be comfy and stylish. I don't know what else to say about outfits to be honest. It's your own expression so I don't think I would dictate what you should or should not wear. Just make sure you'd be able to move freely, not worry about pulling down skirt, kill yourself in heels, and you should be just fine. :~)
Bring a jacket/cardigan. It gets chilly at night even in California. When you don't need it during the concert, you can tie it around your waist or stuff it in the bag.

4) Hair
Same as outfits, hair is a personal choice. But keep your hair low and controlled. Your hair might be a wall and/or food to someone behind you. Avoid buns and high ponytails. Out of respect for others, if you know that your hair is curly and voluminous, tie it with a cute hair band.
