After years of spending my life Youtube watching various kpop videos, I came upon this series by Arirang. I guess it popped up because I've been watching CLC videos especially ones of Sorn (she's so cute!). She seems to have appeared in television before she debuted just this year and this happens to be one of them.
So what is this playlist about? Arirang hosts documentaries and programs about South Korea. For this series, they focused on the growing interest of Kpop and how it expanded Korean market. They go through important steps of entertainment agencies' process, day in the life of a trainee (Sorn), and day in the life of an actual idols (AOA and UKISS).
I brought this video so people can see how it feels like to be a part of the Kpop market. It's also really great because this short includes other jobs within Kpop such as stylist, producer, and choreographer.

Watching this definitely gave me insight and respect towards idols. Every idol had to go through this even just to debut. There is a part in the video where CUBE's motivational poster says:
Those who lack in effort
Those who lack in passion
Those who lack in capability
Just go back home
Those who lack in passion
Those who lack in capability
Just go back home
So to anyone hoping to chase their dreams of becoming an idol...good luck! With effort, passion, and talent, you'll make it. :~)
